Modeling chocolate is still edible and is easy to mold and form into almost any object. Sometimes they use rice crispy treats depending on the bakery. The designs are painted with food coloring. Food cloring is mixed with water to make it darker or lighter. The food coloring can be painted on using a brush, or it can be air brushed on to give it a more gloss look. Q. as seen is the newest issue of Architectural Digest? I realize that this question is esoteric to the absurd but I just want to hear of anyone sees it the way I do.
